辩证行为疗法(DBT)技巧训练课程是以小组方式进行的技巧培训计划。主要为了教授个人各种技巧以提高他们管理情绪的能力,培养有效的人际关系技巧和追求有价值的生活。辩证行为疗法是一种以实证为基础 (evidence-based treatment) 的治疗措施,能够帮助有情绪调节困难和各种心理状况的人,包括边缘性人格障碍 (Borderline Personality Disorder)、抑郁、焦虑和药物滥用状况等。
辩证行为疗法技巧训练小组将以15周进行 ,每一节课 1.5 小时。15节课分为3个主题,即痛苦耐受 (Distress Tolerance)、情绪调节 (Emotion Regulation) 和人际效能 (Interpersonal Effectiveness)。同时,每个主题也会学到了了分明。您可以选择报名全部 3 个单元或选择适合您的单元。
此课程适合有情绪调节困难、冲动行为、抑郁症状、焦虑和/或有自残行为的成年人(18-55 岁)。参与者诺有发展障碍、精神分裂、躁狂症状或者严重的精神疾病不适合参与此课程。
目前有自杀念头或自残行为的参与者必须有一位个人治疗师(心理治疗师、精神科医生或辅导员)定期(至少每月一次)与参与者见面,并同意处理任何与参与者危机风险有关的问题。
