什么是辩证行为疗法?
辩证行为疗法(DBT)技巧训练课程是以小组方式进行的技巧培训计划。主要为了教授个人各种技巧以提高他们管理情绪的能力,培养有效的人际关系技巧和追求有价值的生活。辩证行为疗法是一种以实证为基础 (evidence-based treatment) 的治疗措施,能够帮助有情绪调节困难和各种心理状况的人,包括边缘性人格障碍 (Borderline Personality Disorder)、抑郁、焦虑和药物滥用状况等。

辩证行为疗法技巧训练课程将以15周进行 ,每一节课 1.5 小时。15节课分为3个主题,即痛苦耐受 (Distress Tolerance)、情绪调节 (Emotion Regulation) 和人际效能 (Interpersonal Effectiveness)。同时,每个主题也会学到了了分明。您可以选择报名全部 3 个单元或选择适合您的单元。

谁可以参与此课程?

此课程适合有情绪调节困难、冲动行为、抑郁症状、焦虑和/或有自残行为的成年人(18-55 岁)。参与者诺有发展障碍、精神分裂、躁狂症状或者严重的精神疾病不适合参与此课程。

目前有自杀念头或自残行为的参与者必须有一位个人治疗师(心理治疗师、精神科医生或辅导员)定期(至少每月一次)与参与者见面,并同意处理任何与参与者危机风险有关的问题。

该课程将由王雯君 (Ms. Cloyee) 主持。

王雯君是一名临床心理治疗师。她曾以英文和中文共同主持过多个辩证行为疗法技能小组(针对抑郁症、焦虑症、BPD 等患者)。她拥有在医院和社区中心提供以 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy 为导向的心理干预以及对儿童和成人进行评估的经验。她治疗过各种病症的患者,如情绪障碍、焦虑症、饮食失调和人格障碍。王雯君是马来西亚临床心理学会注册会员 (MSCP) CP1-0341 以及马来西亚专职医疗理事会 MAHPC (CP) 00341 的会员。目前,她也正在持续接受美国临床心理治疗师, Dr. Pamela Buck(持有 DBT-Linehan Board 认证)的团体监督。

辩证行为疗法小组的费用

每位参与者必须出席课前会谈来评估参与者遇到的状况,确定初步治疗目标、参与承诺以及此课程是否适合其参与者。 

课前会谈费用为 RM250,预计1至1.5小时完成。费用包括一份印刷版 DBT 技能讲义和作业单(>100 页),学员将在整个技能课程中使用。

参与者可以选择一次报名一个单元,或者一次性报名全部3个单元。每个单元包括5堂课(每堂课是1.5小时)。

费用结构取决于小组参与者的总数。对于4-6名参与者的小组,费用为RM750;对于2-3名参与者的小组,费用为RM1000。
