When it is too much, we may shutdown\/cut off &amp; unfortunately we may begin to resent the person that we are caring for.<\/p><p>This brief workshop is designed to provide some guidance on (including a few hands-on skills):<\/p><ol><li>How we can continue to be caring\/loving\/compassionate for someone who is already exhausting us?<\/li><li>If we are too emotionally caught up in the
