Terms & Condition for the enrollment of Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Group at InPsych Psychological Services and Training.

All personal information collected will be kept confidential and adhere to the APDP (Akta 709).

Payment terms: Due to limited availability of seats, reservations pending payment will be automatically released 48 hours after payment details have been sent, unless proof of payment is received. Therefore, please inform us via phone or email once payment is made （inquiry@inpsych.com.my ;  +60173311216). Your registration will only be confirmed after we acknowledge receipt of payment. All payment should be made in the full amount of the service provided (Pre-module and module), we are unable to accept partial payment.  The Organiser reserve the right to change, cancel or disregard promo code of the fee without prior notice.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Any cancellation done after the confirmation for registration is NOT refundable. However, the confirmed seat may be transferable to the next available skills group with prior notice.

Skills group requirement: Enrolment in this skills group requires your consistent attendance. The sessions will NOT BE RECORDED for future viewing, unless otherwise specified.

Postponement: The Organiser reserve the right to alter, postpone or cancel the program with prior notice. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, a full refund will be provided.

Important reminder for participants: If I am currently experiencing active suicidal and/ or self-harm behaviors, I will be required to have an ongoing treatment provider (e.g., psychologist, counsellor, or psychiatrist) throughout my participation in the skills group.

Date and time: I understand that the day/time of this program will be held based on the availability of the facilitator and the majority of participants; it may not be based on what I have selected and is subjected to change with advanced notice.

Making arrangement: I can be contacted by InPsych via the contact method provided above for follow up of the registration.

Mandatory Internal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from our skills group or facilitator, you agree to first contact our Customer Service Department at inquiry@inpsych.com.my to seek a resolution. Both parties agree to exercise good faith efforts to resolve the matter privately and professionally before escalating the issue.

Prohibition of Public Disparagement: To maintain a constructive environment for resolution, you agree to refrain from making, posting, or publishing any defamatory, disparaging, or inflammatory statements regarding InPsych Sdn Bhd, its employees, or its services on social media, public forums, or any other public platform while a dispute is ongoing or after its conclusion.

Consequences of Breach: We believe in fair communication. However, should a user bypass the internal resolution process or engage in public “shaming” campaigns:  Suspension of Support: InPsych reserves the right to cease all informal communication and support regarding the dispute. Legal Action: In cases where public statements are found to be defamatory, false, or cause measurable harm to the brand’s reputation, InPsych reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to protect its interests.
